Lake Superior Sunrise Surprise
This was one of those rare occasions where everything worked out perfectly, and rising early enough for a summer sunrise was met with great reward. I had planned to spend sunrise at a location closer to Grand Marais, but when I woke up shortly after 4am and saw the town smothered in thick fog, I drew up a new plan. My hope was that the fog would mean a delayed sunrise and give me time to make it to this popular spot. I made it with plenty of time to spare, and when the sun began to rise above the fog, it defied all of my expectations and even faintest hopes. It's absolutely the best sunrise I've ever experienced on Lake Superior.
Printed on Smooth Matte paper with archival pigment inks.

Buying Fine Art Prints
Print sizes and fine art paper are selected to best suit each particular image, and will be printed at a local (to me) professional photo lab. Prints will have a generous white border around them, so you can frame them with or without a mat. Landscape orientation images are listed as Height x Width, while Portrait orientation images are listed as Width x Height. I have tried to choose sizes that have ready made frames available in retail stores. Sizes are in inches.
Each print will be individually signed (in the bottom right corner of the white border), numbered and titled (on the back), and carefully hand packaged by me in a sturdy box between layers of cardboard or a shipping tube for the larger prints. Policies
All prints and products are subject to your state sales tax when applicable. Sales tax will appear during checkout with my payment provider.
Shipping is free to US addresses. Please note that since prints are printed, inspected, and hand-packaged to order they may take up to two weeks to ship. You will be notified once your order has shipped.
Due to the bespoke nature of these prints, all sales are final - there are no returns or refunds unless the order has been damaged during shipping or is lost in transit. If damage or loss occurs, you must notify me within 30 days of the ship date to receive a replacement or refund.
